Early Charm Signs as Inaugural Tenant at The Machine Works Redevelopment
Early Charm has signed on as the first tenant at Machine Works, leasing nearly 5,000 square feet to expand its advanced manufacturing in ceramics and nanomaterials. Their move anchors the $25 million redevelopment of the historic Detrick & Harvey factory, setting the stage for Machine Works to become a new hub for makers and manufacturers in East Baltimore.
